Reservation
We suggest you read our terms of reservation.
Having read these
terms implies you have agreed to them.

Kindly take notice that your reservation beyond our control
and responsibility will be cancelled automatically (robot)
by the airlines reservations system if you do not purchase thus
pay your ticket before the deadline set.
We are forced in that case to charge the usual administration
costs.

TERMS OF RESERVATION
- Reservations and/or registrations (regardless of OK or waiting
list status) for travels starting in the busy season are only
accepted on payment of a deposit of USD 100 or € 100 or the
equivalent in Euro’s per person, with the exception of children
age 0-2.
This deposit can – in agreement with the customer - be reduced for
reservations that are made during the low season.
Deviating from the above shall only be possible after approval by
the CHM Travel Agency, and if the CHM Travel Agency fails to have
the reservation confirmed, complete restitution will follow.
Note: in principle, all rates are published in US dollars. If
payment is done in a different currency, the amount to be paid
shall be calculated at an exchange rate as indicated by the
airline company or the bank, as is on the day of full payment of
the airfare.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the full fare must be paid by
passengers that are listed as OK at least 30 days before
departure. Non compliance shall result in cancellation of the OK
reservation, in which case the minimum service charge, similar to
that for a cancellation without a ticket shall be retained.
Note: If the travel agency receives an OK on a waiting list
reservation within 30 days before departure, the customer shall
pay the fare within 24 hours (with the exception of holidays
and/or Fridays, in which case the next day and/or the following
Monday) after having been notified, in order to prevent this OK
reservation from being cancelled automatically.
- For changes/cancellations and restitutions, the following
minimum service charges shall be observed. These charges do not
include the fines as applied by the airline company:
Minimum service charges:
- without a ticket: USD 6 or € 5 or the equivalent in SRD at
the day exchange rate as determined by the cambios
- with a ticket: 9% of the rate indicated on the unused ticket in
the Total column
9% of the restitution amount authorized by the airline company, if
this concerns a
used ticket.
Issued rates and itineraries are always subject to change. On
reception of the ticket, the customer declares to be fully informed
about rate terms and documents required for travel.
Before departure, check passport, required visa, health certificates
etc., because invalid or incomplete documents can cause serious
discomfort and high expenses, for which you are solely liable.
